Refund Policy

RETURNS

We take pride in offering only the best, highest-quality scooter gear. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any purchases.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as an exchange or replacement where applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email info@cosmicproscooters.com. Please note that to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Cosmic Pro Scooters.

*Note: Gift cards are non-refundable.

** All custom scooter sales are FINAL. A custom scooter is any scooter that includes 2 or more parts that did not come out of the same box. **


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item.

If your item is approved under our return policy (e.g., defective or incorrect), we will arrange an exchange or replacement where applicable. No refunds will be issued.

Please allow up to 7 days from the date we receive your return for processing and resolution.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@cosmicproscooters.com and ship your item to:

SHIPPING

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the shipping time may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
