Shipping Policy

Orders are picked and processed within 18 hours (except for weekends)

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email once your package has been prepared for shipping

Couriers do not pick-up or deliver on weekends. This is not our policy, it is the way these businesses operate.

If there is an issue fulfilling your order, you will be contacted by email within 24 hours (except on weekends) to resolve it

Our online inventory is constantly being updated, but can never be 100% perfect
We ship 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)

Delivery times vary according to location & service level chosen by the customer
Flat rate shipping times:
NWT & Nunavut - 6-10 business days
BC - 4-5 business days
Alberta & Saskatchewan - 3-5 business days
Ontario & Quebec - 2-3 business days
Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland & Labrador - 3-5 business days

Once a package has left our facility, we cannot change delivery addresses and have zero control over delivery times. If a package has not arrived by the times stated above, please check the tracking information we sent upon shipment

If we have made a shipping error, we will supply our customers with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to Cosmic Pro Scooters and replacement product will be shipped once we have received the erroneous shipment.
