Shipping Policy

We are happy to ship worldwide so that anyone that loves the sport has access to high quality gear.  All orders are picked and processed within 18 hours, except for weekends.  You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email once your package has been prepared for shipping.

If there is an issue fulfilling your order, you will be contacted by email within 24 hours, except on weekends, to resolve it.  Our online inventory is constantly being updated, but can never be 100% perfect.

Once a package has left our facility, we cannot change delivery addresses and have zero control over delivery times. If a package has not arrived by the times stated above, please check the tracking information we sent upon shipment.

If we have made a shipping error, we will supply our customers with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to Cosmic Pro Scooters and replacement product will be shipped once we have received the erroneous shipment.
